  • Payment (whether "Deposit" or "Pay Minimum Up Front" is due at the time of purchase, while any "Variable Amounts Due" are collected before delivery or pickup.

  • Shipping fees are collected BEFORE shipment, in case the customer would prefer pickup or delivery.

4. Order Processing and Delivery:

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.  Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, such as FedEx.
  • If an order is incorrect or damaged, contact us within 48 hours od delivery to resolve the issue.

5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
  • Cancellations must be made prior to order processing.  Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion for valid claims of damage or incorrect products.
